The Charleston Fixed Awning adds a refined architectural touch to homes, cafés, multifamily buildings, retail storefronts, and commercial properties. Its signature black iron scroll arms offer both structural support and decorative charm, giving any space a warm, elevated look.
Crafted with a mill-finished aluminum frame, stainless-steel hardware, and powder-coated black iron arms, the Charleston blends beauty with long-term durability. The 100 percent solution-dyed acrylic fabric, never polyester, resists fading, mildew, and water, helping it maintain its color and shape season after season. When you are ready for a refresh, simply replace the full fabric cover without replacing the frame.
Modular, non-welded construction makes setup straightforward. Install with two handy people using basic tools or hire a professional installer if preferred.

RETURNS: You can only return a product without recourse if it is defective upon arrival. If you simply do not like the product, or if you did not measure correctly, you will only be qualified for a merchandise credit and you will be required to pay for shipping the product back to Awntech in re-stock condition. A 25% restock fee applies once your goods have shipped.
Customers have up to 30 days from delivery to return their product. After 30 days, items will qualify only for warranty replacements, subject to the restrictions set forth herein. Customized awnings (dimensions outside of Awntech’s standard offerings) cannot be returned and qualify only for warranty replacements.
CANCELLATIONS: Customers have 24 hours after placing their order to request a cancellation. After 24 hours, a 10% order cancellation fee will be applied. If the order is cancelled after it has shipped, a 25% restock fee will apply in accordance with our return policy.
DAMAGED MATERIAL: Damage occasionally occurs during shipping. Scrapes, dents, or rips in the outer packaging that may indicate possible product damage should be described to the carrier at the time of delivery. If damage to the product is apparent, the shipment should be refused. Concealed shipping damages must be reported within 5 days of receiving the awning.
