Description
The Awntech Tubular Motor is sleek and hidden within the aluminum roller tube of the awning. The motor is able to retract the patio retractable awnings in when paired with an Awntech Wind Sensor or Vibration Sensor and it is able to retract and extend with an Awntech remote. It has an automatic stalling system that allows the awning to cool off it has been overused in a short period of time.

Warning
- Thermal protection if the motor overheated.
- Unplug for 20 min to allow the motor to cool off.
- Hardwiring voids warranty.
- Limit control adjustments should be done under supervision of an Awntech associate (telephone support).

RETURNS: You can only return a product without recourse if it is defective upon arrival. If you simply do not like the product, or if you did not measure correctly, you will only be qualified for a merchandise credit and you will be required to pay for shipping the product back to Awntech in re-stock condition. A 25% restock fee applies once your goods have shipped.
Customers have up to 30 days from delivery to return their product. After 30 days, items will qualify only for warranty replacements, subject to the restrictions set forth herein. Customized awnings (dimensions outside of Awntech’s standard offerings) cannot be returned and qualify only for warranty replacements.
CANCELLATIONS: Customers have 24 hours after placing their order to request a cancellation. After 24 hours, a 10% order cancellation fee will be applied. If the order is cancelled after it has shipped, a 25% restock fee will apply in accordance with our return policy.
DAMAGED MATERIAL: Damage occasionally occurs during shipping. Scrapes, dents, or rips in the outer packaging that may indicate possible product damage should be described to the carrier at the time of delivery. If damage to the product is apparent, the shipment should be refused. Concealed shipping damages must be reported within 5 days of receiving the awning.
