Its cassette design fully encloses the fabric roll and hardware when closed, protecting the top, sides, and front from weather exposure and debris. The result is a clean, streamlined look that blends beautifully into patios, cafés, storefronts, residential terraces, outdoor seating areas, and even stationary vehicle setups like food trucks or mobile shops.

Every Key West is made to order in the USA and ships fully assembled in 5 business days. The heavy-duty powder-coated aluminum and steel frame delivers long-term performance, and the 100 percent solution-dyed acrylic fabric maintains its color and structure far longer than polyester fabrics found in many lower-cost awnings. When it's time for a refresh, the fabric cover can be replaced without changing the entire system.

Choose the operation style that fits your space. The Key West Manual uses a left-side crank with a removable 5-foot rocker arm for simple, reliable control. The Key West Left Motor and Key West Right Motor versions add motorized convenience with a 110V motor, 12-foot cord, pre-paired remote, manual override gear, and optional wind and vibration sensors. Motor placement on the left or right lets you match your electrical connection and installation layout.

All models include a removable 10-inch valance with four pattern options, adjustable pitch from 0 to 15 degrees, and dual-cabled stainless steel arms tested up to 30 mph when properly installed.
