The Key West Right Motor Retractable Awning offers the same elevated design and durability as the rest of the Key West series, with its motor conveniently placed on the right side for spaces where this orientation is preferred. The cassette design fully encloses the fabric roll and hardware when retracted, protecting the top, sides, and front while giving your exterior a polished, built-in look.
Perfect for homes or commercial settings, the Key West fits seamlessly into patios, balconies, storefronts, cafés, outdoor seating areas, and stationary vehicle setups. Its motorized system makes daily use effortless, whether you're shading a large patio or creating comfort for customers at a business.
Each Key West is made to order in the USA and ships fully assembled in 5 business days. The heavy-duty aluminum and steel frame is engineered for long-term reliability, and the 100 percent solution-dyed acrylic fabric maintains its color and strength far longer than polyester-based fabrics. When it’s time to refresh your space, the fabric cover can be replaced without changing the entire awning.

RETURNS: You can only return a product without recourse if it is defective upon arrival. If you simply do not like the product, or if you did not measure correctly, you will only be qualified for a merchandise credit and you will be required to pay for shipping the product back to Awntech in re-stock condition. A 25% restock fee applies once your goods have shipped.
Customers have up to 30 days from delivery to return their product. After 30 days, items will qualify only for warranty replacements, subject to the restrictions set forth herein. Customized awnings (dimensions outside of Awntech’s standard offerings) cannot be returned and qualify only for warranty replacements.
CANCELLATIONS: Customers have 24 hours after placing their order to request a cancellation. After 24 hours, a 10% order cancellation fee will be applied. If the order is cancelled after it has shipped, a 25% restock fee will apply in accordance with our return policy.
DAMAGED MATERIAL: Damage occasionally occurs during shipping. Scrapes, dents, or rips in the outer packaging that may indicate possible product damage should be described to the carrier at the time of delivery. If damage to the product is apparent, the shipment should be refused. Concealed shipping damages must be reported within 5 days of receiving the awning.
