This collection includes both fixed fabric awnings for permanent year-round coverage and retractable fabric awnings for flexible seasonal shade control across residential and commercial applications.

The solution-dyed acrylic fabric maintains its rich color season after season and resists fading, water, mildew, and soil far better than polyester alternatives found in budget awnings. Fixed fabric awnings include the New Orleans, Nantucket, Santa Fe, Charleston, San Francisco, New Yorker, Dallas Retro, and Savannah models in small, medium, and large sizes for permanent window and door coverage. Retractable fabric awnings include the Maui, Mesa, Destin, Key West, California, and Overstock Maui models in both manual and motorized configurations for flexible patio and deck shade.

Every fabric awning is made to order in the USA with heavy-duty powder-coated aluminum and steel frames engineered for long-term outdoor performance. Fixed models feature welded construction and reinforced structures for permanent installation. Retractable models include dual-cabled stainless steel arms tested up to 30 mph when properly installed, adjustable pitch, and most offer replaceable fabric covers for easy updates. Many retractable models also include removable valances with multiple pattern options.

Available in a wide range of widths and projection depths depending on the model. Typical installation for retractable awnings takes 1 to 2 hours with two people. Made in the USA with domestic and imported materials.
