- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a processing fee.
- Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product. Returns are only accepted for items in their original, re-stockable condition and packaging.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
- Shipping Costs: For standard returns (non-defective), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Custom Orders: Custom-sized awnings (dimensions outside of standard offerings) are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for warranty-covered defects.
- Damages: If your item arrives with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the shipment and note the damage with the carrier. Concealed damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
