The Awntech Wind Sensor is designed to be a safety feature for patio retractable awnings. This sensor gauges wind speed and will retract the patio retractable awning when the sensors' dial hits wind speeds up to 25 mph.

Warning

• Should be used as added protection only! Awning arms can still potentially be damaged while awning tries to retract back towards your home. Never leave your awning open while unattended.
• This model has the Sun Sensor as well. Must keep the Sun Sensor setting at “0” as it will conflict with the Wind Sensor.
