Standard units ship within 3 business days.
What materials is it made from?
The Houstonian features a commercial-grade, powder-coated frame with standing-seam panels and closed sides. It is available in two high-performance options: high-strength Galvanized Steel or Aluminum for coastal and high-humidity environments.
Can you customize a single unit or a small batch to be longer?
We do not offer custom lengths for individual units or small orders. However, our modular design is intended to be installed side-by-side, allowing you to align several units to create seamless, continuous coverage across any façade or storefront.
Does it work in the rain?
Yes. The standing-seam metal panels and closed-side design provide excellent protection against rain and weather.
Does it include a valance?
No. This is a rigid, all-metal architectural awning. It does not use fabric or valance components.
Does it arrive assembled?
It ships as a modular system with panels and frame sections. The non-welded design allows for quick assembly and a seamless installation without the need for a professional fabrication crew.
Does it include a middle support arm?
Yes. For added structural stability, a center support projection arm is included on all units from 5 ft to 8 ft wide.

What is the warranty?
The Houstonian includes a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects.
