Its powder coated aluminum hood protects the fabric roll and hardware when retracted, keeping your awning cleaner, extending the life of the fabric, and giving the entire unit a built in architectural feel. The hood covers the top and sides for extra protection that open roll systems cannot provide.
Each Destin is made to order in the USA and ships in 5 business days, fully assembled for fast installation. The left side crank operates smoothly and the heavy duty aluminum and steel frame is engineered for long term performance on patios, decks, storefronts, and commercial outdoor areas. The 100 percent solution dyed acrylic fabric holds its color season after season and lasts longer than polyester fabrics used in budget awnings. The fabric can also be replaced at any time for a fresh update.
