The SAN FRANCISCO® elegant slope awning. A Beauty-Mark® brand manufactured by Awntech®. This is the most popular for both the residential and the commercial structures. But don’t be fooled by the beauty and the elegance of the San Francisco®. Although easy to assemble,it has a full frame underneath and it has been engineered and tested to withstand serious weather conditions. Don’t be fooled by other modular awnings in the market.

The SAN FRANCISCO® They will collapse and rip away from your home in gusty wind conditions. Our stationary awning designs are tested and added to the product line when they can withstand high wind and snow loads. The frame is structural aluminum and the fabric is 100% solution dyed acrylic. Your options include fabric and valance choices. Signage is available for an extra charge. You will find signage in accessories.

Delivery

Please DO NOT accept delivery of the awning without inspecting it for damages. If upon inspection you find that the awning is damaged, allow the item to return and immediately call Awntech at 800-200-5997.

Please make sure to plan accordingly for delivery of the awning our shipping service is curb side only. This means the driver is under no obligation to move the awning any further than the curb of your home or apartment.

Frame Warranty: 5 Year limited parts warranty for any manufacturing defects only and will not cover labor
Fabric Warranty: 5 Year limited

Return Policy

30 day return policy from when the item is received

Returns accepted with any standard size (non-custom and graphic are not returnable) awning in restocking working condition, less a 25% restocking fee

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back

*Fixed Awnings over 10ft wide are non-refundable
