  • Once your items reach the final terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Small Parcel Porch Drop-Off (Small Parcel):

  • No signature required; left at the recipient’s door.
  • Delivery days: Monday through Saturday (delivery hours may vary).

Prior to Delivery:

  • Before unloading, inspect the exterior and interior of your awning.
  • If damages are noticed, note them on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment.

After Delivery:

  • Inspect the full contents within five calendar days.
  • Report concealed shipping damages to warranty@awntech.com.
  • Notify Awntech within 30 days of receipt for missing parts.
  • Fully inspect the package upon receipt for damaged or missing pieces.
  • Wait to schedule appointments until after delivery and inspection.
  • This product is DIY-friendly and can be assembled by two or more skilled individuals.
  • Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories: Additional charges apply.
  • Canada International: Additional shipping charges and Canadian brokerage fees.
