Great value and exceptional customer service!

As a contractor, we've used Awntech on several project and have always been happy with the quality of the product and the ease of installation. The latest one we installed was having some trouble with the wind sensor and it's ability to function on just the batter/solar setup. It worked with it plugged in, but otherwise it would not. After contacting customer support they walked through the issue with us and had a new one sent out the same day. No questions asked. This type of "stand behind your product" is almost unheard of in this hyper monetized world we live in. We will continue to use and refer their services. Good job, Awntech!

Love this awning. We went with the 14' wide model. Installation was straight forward and the team was a great help. I'm glad I went with the motorized option as it's a bit of a workout to extend and retract it manually. Also bought the wind sensor, which automatically retracts it when the Texas winds start blowing.

Purchased online with Walmart after extensive research. Best price and easy to do on website. Did reach out to the company several times about hardware and length of awning as I was not exactly sure what size I wanted. Very helpful but conversation was basically through email. The awning itself was delivered without incident and I had my handyman install. I have the motorized one and working beautifully to shade my back patio.

We started to put the frame of the awning together and discovered there was a part missing. I contacted Awntech. They were very easy to work with and they requested pictures to verify which part was needed. The Warranty Dept was quick to send the missing part. I am very satisfied with their product and it looks great on the garage.
