Please DO NOT accept the delivery of the awning without inspecting it immediately for damages. If upon inspection the customer finds that the awning is damaged, the entire item to return and call Awntech Corporation at 1(800)200-5997.

The driver of any freight carrier is REQUIRED to open the package if there is noticeable damage and/or is asked by the customer. If the awning is noticeably damaged when delivered, we strongly recommend immediately refusing it. Warning labels are located on the exterior of the packaging.

Please make sure to plan accordingly for delivery of the awning our shipping service is curb side onlyThis means the driver is under no obligation to move the awning any further than the curb of the customers home or apartment.

Ordering Notes: For delivery purposes, please provide a phone number so the delivery driver can call when the customers order is ready to be delivered.
