Shipping
Shipping Cost
- US Domestic (Excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories): 8% or $27 per awning
- Canada International: Please see additional charges below
- Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories: Please see additional charges below
Small Parcel (UPS Ground/FedEx Ground)
- All fixed awnings are required to ship small parcel.
- No signature required – shipment will be left at the recipient’s door.
Single Box Shipment
- One box per awning.
- All fixed awnings are modular and all pieces ship together in a single box.
Additional Shipping Charges for Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories
- Due to an increase in freight and small parcel charges, customers shipping to any of these locations are required to pay additional shipping/handling charges.
- Please contact us with your order information and ship-to address in order to receive an additional quote on shipping charges.
- Canada International: Canadian shipments will also be responsible for Canadian brokerage fees and taxes.
Lead Times
- Off Season (September – March): 1.5 – 2 week delivery on average
- In Season (April – August): 2.5 – 3 week delivery on average
COVID-19 Potential Delay Notice
- The health and safety of all our team members is our number one priority. Recently, procedures and policies have been put into place as a result of COVID-19 that results in slower handling time. We appreciate your patience while we keep our warehouse and shipping partners safe. Please allow some extra time for your order to arrive as we have been advised by our shipping partners. As warned by our shipping partners, shipping lead times can be as long as four weeks.
Cancellation/Return Policy
You can only return a product without recourse if it is defective upon arrival. If you simply do not like the product, or if you did not measure correctly, you will only be qualified for a merchandise credit and you will be required to pay for shipping the product back to Awntech in re-stock condition. There will be a 25% restock fee applicable once your goods have shipped. Customers have up to 30 days from delivery to return their product, otherwise they will qualify only for warranty replacements, subject to the restrictions set forth herein. Customized awnings (dimensions outside of Awntech’s standard offerings) and fixed awnings over 10ft wide cannot be returned and will qualify only for warranty replacements, subject to the restrictions set forth herein.
Customers have 24 hours after placing their order to request an order cancellation, otherwise a 10% order cancellation fee will be applied. As stated in our return policy, if the order is cancelled after the order has shipped, a 25% restock fee will be applied.
*Fixed Awnings over 10ft wide are non-refundable
