SINGLE BOX ITEM
- One box per awning.
- All fixed awnings (fixed-fabric and fixed-metal) and retractable awnings are shipped in their own individual boxes.
- If additional accessories are purchased with an awning in the same order, the accessories will ship in the awning box.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR CANADA, HAWAII, ALASKA, AND US TERRITORIES
- Shipping costs to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories are higher than standard US Domestic shipping costs. Customers with ship-to addresses to any of these locations are required to pay additional shipping/handling charges. Please contact us to obtain a quote for additional shipping charges prior to placing your order.
- Canadian shipments will also be responsible for Canadian brokerage fees and taxes on top of the increased shipping charges.
LEAD TIMES
COVID-19 POTENTIAL DELAY NOTICE
- The health and safety of all our team members is our number one priority. Recently, procedures and policies have been put into place as a result of COVID-19 that results in slower handling time. We appreciate your patience while we keep our warehouse and shipping partners safe. Please be advised that our shipping partners have warned that shipping lead times can span up to four to five weeks (four weeks for fixed-fabric and fixed-metal, five weeks for retractable awnings).
Cancellation/Return Policy
You can only return a product without recourse if it is defective upon arrival. If you simply do not like the product, or if you did not measure correctly, you will only be qualified for a merchandise credit and you will be required to pay for shipping the product back to Awntech in re-stock condition. There will be a 25% restock fee applicable once your goods have shipped. Customers have up to 30 days from delivery to return their product, otherwise they will qualify only for warranty replacements, subject to the restrictions set forth herein. Customized awnings (dimensions outside of Awntech’s standard offerings) and fixed awnings over 10ft wide cannot be returned and will qualify only for warranty replacements, subject to the restrictions set forth herein.
Customers have 24 hours after placing their order to request an order cancellation, otherwise a 10% order cancellation fee will be applied. As stated in our return policy, if the order is cancelled after the order has shipped, a 25% restock fee will be applied.
*Fixed Awnings over 10ft wide are non-refundable
