The BALTIMORE® heavy duty entrance canopy is a Beauty-Mark® brand manufactured by Awntech®. The frame is chrome plated. There are many fabrics to choose from. Digital graphic signage is an option and may purchased separately. If you are looking for a grand entrance, the BALTIMORE is for you. It is available in several widths and lengths and is easy to assemble and install.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTES: Please do not accept delivery of the awning without inspecting it for damages. If upon inspection you find the awning is damaged, please do not accept it and allow the item to return and immediately call Awntech at 800-200-5997.The freight company will contact the customer to schedule delivery. Please make sure that someone who is authorized to make a decision on the awning and sign for it will be at the delivery location at the scheduled time. They will not just drop the awning off without a signature. If you are contacted and schedule a time, but do not show up to the scheduled delivery time, you will be subject to extra charges for re-delivery (differ depending on freight carrier).

30 day return policy from when the item is received
Returns accepted with any standard size (non-custom and graphic are not returnable) awning in restocking working condition, less a 25% restocking fee
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back
*Fixed Awnings over 10ft wide are non-refundable
