Description
Our Awntech Winter Cover is a hand crafted “blanket” that protects the entire awning unit during the off seasons or when not in use. It is made of 100% acrylic fabric that is sealed by industrial Velcro. The installation is simple and the removal of the cover is seamless. The benefits of having this cover are as follows:
- Allows the customer to keep the awning up on the wall, soffit, and roof all year around without having to remove it for storage during off seasons
- Minimizes the potential for rodents, pests, and other animals to nest on top or within the awning

SMALL PARCEL (UPS GROUND/FEDEX GROUND) – Accessories
- Accessories are required to ship small parcel.
- No signature required – shipment will be left at the recipient’s door.

- Due to an increase in freight charges, customers shipping to any of these locations are required to pay additional shipping/handling charges.

- Canada International: Canadian shipments will also be responsible for Canadian brokerage fees and taxes.

Warranty
Warranty: 1 Year limited warranty for manufacturer defects only. The warranty does not cover the labor or shipping charges.
Cancellation/Return Policy
You can only return a product without recourse if it is defective upon arrival. If you simply do not like the product, or if you did not measure correctly, you will only be qualified for a merchandise credit and you will be required to pay for shipping the product back to Awntech in re-stock condition. There will be a 25% restock fee applicable once your goods have shipped. Customers have up to 30 days from delivery to return their product, otherwise they will qualify only for warranty replacements, subject to the restrictions set forth herein. Customized awnings (dimensions outside of Awntech’s standard offerings) and fixed awnings over 10ft wide cannot be returned and will qualify only for warranty replacements, subject to the restrictions set forth herein.
Customers have 24 hours after placing their order to request an order cancellation, otherwise a 10% order cancellation fee will be applied. As stated in our return policy, if the order is cancelled after the order has shipped, a 25% restock fee will be applied.
