How do I install my retractable/fixed awning?

Please refer to the manuals for further information.  Manuals are provided with every purchase and can be requested by emailing Sales@awntech.com.

What are the Awntech shipping policies?

Our shipping policies vary depending on the product

Retractable Awning Shipping:
Customers are required to pay for freight shipping of $125.
Freight shipping carriers depend on location of delivery.
Delivery time is 5-7 business days from when the product is shipped.

Fixed Awnings Shipping:
Customers are required to pay for FedEx Express Shipping*.
Delivery time is 3 business days from when the product is shipped.

Parts Shipping:
Customers are required to pay for shipping.
The total cost for parts shipping varies from $13-$27.

What do I need to know upon delivery of the awning?

IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTES

Please DO NOT accept the delivery of the awning without inspecting it immediately for damages. If upon inspection the customer finds that the awning is damaged, the entire item to return and call Awntech Corporation at 1(800)200-5997.

The driver of any freight carrier is REQUIRED to open the package if there is noticeable damage and/or is asked by the customer. If the awning is noticeably damaged when delivered, we strongly recommend immediately refusing it. Warning labels are located on the exterior of the packaging.

Please make sure to plan accordingly for delivery of the awning our shipping service is curb side onlyThis means the driver is under no obligation to move the awning any further than the curb of the customers home or apartment.

Ordering Notes: For delivery purposes, please provide a phone number so the delivery driver can call when the customers order is ready to be delivered. If the customer does not feel comfortable providing that information, feel free to call Awntech at 1(800)200-5997 to check on delivery dates, times or changes to the order.

What is Awntech return policy?

30 day return policy when the customer receives the item

Any standard awning size (custom and graphics are not returnable) that is in restocking working condition can be returned, less a 25% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back
